Prices

• The prices are valid per person and night for a minimum stay of three nights, including half board.
• For bed and breakfast only, € 15,00 are deducted per person and night.
• For a double room for single use, an additional 30% of the total cost applies.
• The prices do not include the local tax. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
• Free WiFi.
• We will consider only booking followed by deposit ( Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia – IBAN : IT 90 Q 08010 58341 000301004964 SWIFT – BIC: RZSBIT21108).
• Full price is charged when guests com later and/or levae earlier.
• In case of cancellation the deposit will be kept.
• Rooms are booked fro 2.00 p.m. of check-in day to 9.00 a.m. of check-out day.
• Smooking is forbidden inside the hotel.
• Pets: Animals are not allowed
• Guided excursions in summer: during the summer period free guided excursions for our guests in collaboration with Bike-Hike.

• Of additional beds: 20%
• Children till 3 years: free
• Children 3 – 6 years: 50%
• Children 6 – 9 years : 40%
• Chrildren 9 – 12 years: 30%

• up to 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fee
• from three months before arrival to one month before arrival – 40% of the booked stay
• from one month before arrival to one week before arrival – 70% of the booked stay
• in the week of arrival – 90% of the booked stay
