Prices

• The prices are per person per day, for a minimum stay of three nights. The prices do not include the tourist tax, which amounts to € 1,10 per person, per night. Children under the age of 14 are excempt.
• The price for the hotel include halfboard service, with a breakfast buffet and dinner with choise menu and salad buffet. The prices for bed and breakfast service are reduced by Euro 10,00 per person per day, with respect to the full half board price.
• The entrance in the sauna complex and panoramarlaxtion is included in the price.
• The access of the wi-fi connection is free all over the house.
• We will consider only booking followed by deposit ( Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia – IBAN : IT 90 Q 08010 58341 000301004964 SWIFT – BIC: RZSBIT21108).
• Full price is charged when guests com later and/or levae earlier.
• In case of cancellation the deposit will be kept.
• Rooms are booked fro 2.00 p.m. of check-in day to 9.00 a.m. of check-out day.
• Smooking is forbidden inside the hotel.
• Pets: Animals are not allowed
• Guided excursions in summer: during the summer period free guided excursions for our guests in collaboration with Bike-Hike.

• Of additional beds: 20%
• Children till 3 years: free
• Children 3 – 6 years: 50%
• Children 6 – 9 years : 40%
• Chrildren 9 – 12 years: 30%

In case of cancellations with justified reason within 30 days before arrival, we refund the deposit.
For cancellations less than 30 days befor arrival, the following cancellation conditions apply:

from 30 to 7 days before arrival –  25% penalty of the total price
• within 1 week before arrival – 70% penalty of the total price

In case of late arrival or early departure, the full period will be charged.
COVID-19 – The preceding cancellation policy will not be applied in the case that state laws should forbid travel or stay at our structure. In this case, the deposit will be completely refunded.
